Works for the new Pooley Bridge

Not the safest of working environments, I feel. On the far (west) side of the River Eamont, what is normally the main car park for visitors is just a construction site (there is a large temporary car park about 600 metres away). It is planned that the new bridge will be open before Easter 2020.
