St Gregory's Church, Vale of Lune
St Gregory's Church, also known as the Vale of Lune Chapel, was built by the Upton family of Ingmire Hall in the 1860s and served the navvies who were building the London and North Western Railway’s Ingleton Branch Line at that time.

The church is of simple design (possibly by a railway engineer) and is attached to a cottage. It was altered and enlarged in 1907; this included the installation of stained glass windows and the addition of a porch. It remained as a private chapel to the Ingmire Hall Estate until 1918 when ownership was transferred to the Church Commissioners to become a chapel of ease to the parish of Sedbergh.

St Gregory's was declared redundant on 1 May 1984, and is now in the care of the Churches Conservation Trust. It is a Grade II listed building (Historic England List Entry Number: 1384060 LinkExternal link ).
