Grass triangle, Church Lane, Brighouse
This area was occupied by a series of streets of back-to-back houses: Church Gate, Barton Street and houses on the south side of Haigh Street. Churchfields Road was then only a footpath. The upper end of the triangle is now a long-stay car park for commuters.
