Dock Office Row, Kingston upon Hull
Dock Office Row, Kingston upon Hull
Built 1820 for the Hull Dock Company, next to the lock pit to Queen's Dock, the offices were superseded in 1871 by a new building in Queen's Dock Avenue, now the Maritime Museum. The redundant offices have been used for various purposes, including the former 'Mutiny on the Bounty' public house, so named as the 'Bounty' was constructed in the adjacent dry dock.
