Above the Skell near Whitcliffe Hall
The view across pasture land towards the River Skell and distant Ripon. Whitcliffe Hall and the nearby lane of the same name are both thus named due to their proximity to the 'whitcliffe', this being the pale Magnesian Limestone scar seen in the middle distance.
