was one of the frogs on the Stockport Frog Trail last year SJ8990 : This Little Froggy Went to Market. The frogs were auctioned off at the end of the event. This one was bought by The Produce Hall and has now returned permanently to the Market Place outside the Produce Hall facing the Market Hall.
Stockport Frog Trail
19 giant frogs were initially installed around Stockport and were around for three months from the 29th June 2019.
"The project is a collaboration between Stockport's Business Improvement District – Totally Stockport, local artists, Stockport based businesses and community groups, supported by Stockport Council.
Organised by Totally Stockport, Stockport's Giant Leap celebrates the £1bn programme of investment and development that is regenerating the town, a giant leap forward for Stockport, creating exciting opportunities for business and a destination of choice for residents and visitors.
After the trail closed, 18 of the frogs were auctioned off raising £32,000 for Stepping Hill's Tree House children's ward.
