NT0660 : Old Building Wall on North Banks of Whitelea Burn

taken 4 years ago, 4 km S of Murieston, West Lothian, Scotland

Old Building Wall on North Banks of Whitelea Burn
Old Building Wall on North Banks of Whitelea Burn
Only prominent feature of ruins (shown close up in another picture) about 200 feet North of Whitelea Burn, a tributary of Camilty Water. Described as ruins on first OS map of the area in 1853 so obviously a very well made wall! The bit of timber in foreground is a very rudimentary bridge over the small burn.
