NT0660 : Ruins on North Bank of Whitelea Burn

taken 4 years ago, 5 km S of Murieston, West Lothian, Scotland

Ruins on North Bank of Whitelea Burn
Ruins on North Bank of Whitelea Burn
Main feature of ruins - a still-standing tall section of old wall, can be seen in the distance. Only other decent remaining bits of low wall are in foreground of picture. Quite a distance between the two, so presumably either a very old long-gone farm, as appears as ruins on 1853 OS map, or more than one house was here.
