Derwent Cottage and Derwent House, Church Street, Eyam
Pair of mid 18th century Grade II Listed houses. Their highly fashionable arched Venetian windows are indicative of the wealth of the village at that time. A postcard stamped Oct 29 1904 is addressed to a Miss Crampton at Derwent House.
