The window was installed in memory of Flt Lt. Richard Scott Lawrence who served in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve in 160 Sqdn. He died 28th October 1942 in Greece. He was 24 years old, and buried in SUDA BAY WAR CEMETERY.
He was the son of Richard Sydney and Elsie Lawrence, of Saxlingham Nethergate, Freeman of the City of London.
