Construction work on Malvern Rise - 18 September

Persimmon Homes are building 310 homes, this will include 2, 3 and 4 houses on this site. The development will also include a care house for 66 people. Previously the site was part of QinetiQ, previously known, among other names, as RSRE (Royal Signals and Radar Establishment), the origins of this go back to TRE (Telecommunication Research Establishment) in the Second World War.
