taken 4 years ago, near to Rhiwbryfdir, Gwynedd, Wales

Tumbled boulders
Tumbled boulders
Boulders of dolerite have rolled down from the hill onto the moorland. The headwaters of the Afon Gorddinan drain this moorland close to the watershed and summit of the Bwlch y Gorddinan or Crimea Pass.
