Tredegar House gardens access

Access during the coronavirus restrictions.
During the 2020 coronavirus pandemic, access to the National Trust property of Tredegar House and gardens was curtailed at various times as different guidelines/rules have applied.
After closure in March, access to the gardens was possible during August and September, but then restricted from September 23rd to Newport County Borough residents only.
Of course, during this time planting and maintenance continued. It was sad that little was seen of the results of this hard work.
This visit to the gardens was on September 29th. The next day, National Trust announced that they would be closed from 5th October.
