Crag Hill
A tall cairn marks the high point of Crag Hill, at 401m (the OS spot height is at the other end of the rocky summit ridge, but the height must be within a few tens of centimetres of being the same as the base of the cairn). A rather random network of four-wheel drive tracks surround the summit, but the photograph is taken from the end of a more substantial estate track which leads eventually NW to an even better built one parallel to the modern A6.
