There's a wider bridge for vehicles, with a decrepit gate that looked very difficult to open without breaking something, but this footbridge seemed perfectly adequate to me. The dog thought otherwise, and very definitely decided she wasn't going to walk across as it was so narrow (and, to be fair, a dog would fit under the bottom bar of the fencing either side). It is narrow - quite hard to fit your elbows in whilst carrying a wriggling Collie who would rather be somewhere else. Immediately below is a waterfall which looks from above as though it would be a fine paddling descent. A quick look over the edge shows a nasty landing on ledges that would probably preclude a run in anything other than so much water that getting under the bridges would be in doubt.
