Old Mill Hall
This was the water mill for the Balmacara estate and was fed from the mill pond adjacent - to right of photo.
Having ceased to be used as a mill, it was later gifted to the community for use as a village hall.
In the 1990s(?) the community failed to source funding to renovate the building and it was closed.
The roof in November 2020 was on the point of collapse.
