Magnus the Viking - Largs, North Ayrshire
This large sculpture was put in place in 2013 to commemorate the 750th anniversary of the Battle of Largs which took place in 1263 between the Scots and the Vikings.

Made of galvanized steel by David Ogilvie Engineering of Kilmarnock, the sculpture is 16 feet (5 metres) tall.
