Shropshire Union Canal at Boughton Water Tower
Between Hoole Lane and Chemistry locks, two rows of cottages overlook the canal, Watertower View and in the distance, Tollemache Terrace. Chester Cottage Improvement Company, founded in 1892 by the Duke of Westminster, built Tollemache Terrace in order to help improve social housing.
