The area behind the photographer is accessible from Churchfield Road, that in front from Horn Lane. The signs here are more friendly than at other closures, the sign show the road open to pedestrians, unpowered scooters, wheel chairs and bicycles. It also shows camera enforcement which will have automatic number plate recognition (ANPR).
Acton Central Low Traffic Neighbourhood

During the coronavirus pandemic in 2020 low traffic neighbourhoods were established to make walking and cycling easier. This one in Ealing is LTN25. It divides the area bounded by the A40 Western Avenue, Horn Lane, Churchfield Road and a railway line into three parts, eliminating through traffic. There are road closures at Crane Avenue, Goldsmith Avenue and Acacia Road. The closures are unpopular to some users, inconvenient to some essential traffic, and at January 2021 being reviewed.
