Possible dry spring at Burrows Well, Merthyr Mawr Warren
The absence of water here is possibly a consequence of dry weather. It may be noted though that on the day of photography water was emerging from the ground at a spring a few metres away, as seen in SS8577 : Burrows Well, Merthyr Mawr Warren.

This is a potentially dangerous spot, and care should be taken if it is visited.
