Old guidestone/milestone
The Countryside Rangers unload the guidestone. It was set up in 1738 possibly further west at a fork of tracks. At some time it was removed and used as a gatepost. In 2004 when the Cudworth by-pass road was proposed it was put into storage. In 2011 it was taken back to the site from which it had been removed.
