A view of part of the garden of Winterdown Cottage. At the base of the conifer, two ribes, which normally stand to a height of eight feet, had been almost flattened by the weight of snow. However, they made a complete recovery, after all traces of the snow had disappeared. They can be seen in this view of TR2043 : Winterdown Cottage, Reece Lane, Acrise.
