Whilst it is common to find defibrillators in old red phone boxes, to come across a book exchange is not! Unfortunately I arrived empty-handed; there were a few interesting titles on the three-deep shelves in amongst all the airport thrillers.
This certainly would not work in the nearby town of Armadale, but this peaceful little hamlet could be a million miles away.
