Toposcope at Lyth Hill
People love a good toposcope. These two male cyclists just arrived and immediately wanted to find out what they are looking at and get oriented with the landscape and environment around them.
Plus, like all cyclists, they obviously wanted to draw notice to themselves and attract attention, adopting the well-known cyclists style of speech (several notches higher than strictly necessary in pure decibel terms, a little contrived and unnatural, like an extra in a film who actually gets to speak dialogue, but most importantly ensuring everyone turns to look!).
I gave them an admiring glance and thought to myself "I must get into cycling!"
