RAF Milfield - Dispersed Site No 6 - M & E Plinth compound remains
M & E plinths were brick enclosures which housed the mechanical and electrical transformer and switchgear used to keep the electricity supply at a constant voltage. There is no sign of the enclosure or switchgear remaining, just partial fencing and signage as shown here.
