John Kelly Ltd steam collier “Ballyhaft”, Queens Quay, Belfast – 1968
Built as a steam powered vessel (triple expansion engine) as late as 1952 as a coasting collier, originally coal fired but converted to oil in 1956. Transferred to J.Milligen & Co in 1955, back to Kelly in 1965 and broken up in 1970 LinkExternal link.

The view has changed out of all recognition with the building of the Lagan Weir and the disappearance of commercial traffic from the Lagan quays. This is the nearest equivalent modern view that I can find Link
