The climb to Am Bodach
The climb to Am Bodach
Having traversed the Aonach Eagach from Glencoe village there's a steep, rocky scramble along the way to Am Bodach. The party in the image (which included the photographer), was on the ascent when the seated individual, moving up, had just head-butted the overhanging block to the left and above. Merriment all round of course... well, almost all round!
(An event almost 40 years before the date of submission of the image as a Geograph!)
