Footbridge over the Barvick Burn
Footbridge over the Barvick Burn
A beautiful old stone-built footbridge, suitable for a pack-horse but too narrow for a cart. The OS 1866 map shows this bridge linking the paths up each side of the gorge of the Barvick Burn - it appears to have been built for Victorian tourism?
