NN7811 : Trig point on Cromlet

taken 3 years ago, near to Glenlichorn, Perth And Kinross, Scotland

Trig point on Cromlet
Trig point on Cromlet
The hill name Cromlet would seem to be derived from 'crom leathad', meaning 'crooked slope' in Gaelic.

The trig point is not quite on the summit of this rather featureless moorland plateau, with the OS map showing a point a couple of metres higher just to the north and west.
