A Yellow-Tipped Orange-Tip Butterfly
A Yellow-Tipped Orange-Tip Butterfly
There were three of these fluttering around and, knowing next to nothing about butterflies, I tried to search down the yellow-tip butterfly when I got home, only to find out it doesn't exist!
It is definitely an orange-tip though as there are pictures of some with the same yellow markings online. I can only assume that this was a lighter than normal type, and though the underside of this set of wings does look orange, when watching them moving from plant to plant all I noticed was the yellow.
