Romney Warren RH&DR railway station, Kent
Romney Warren RH&DR railway station, Kent
Opened in 2009 by the Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Railway, which is a 15 in (381 mm) gauge light railway, on the line from Hythe to Dungeness. Short lived stations here also existed here in 1927 (as "Warren Bridge Halt") and 1946, each for just a few months duration.
The station is unusual in only having a platform serving northbound-trains. Trains only call on some special event days and for pre-booked groups visiting the Romney Marsh Visitor Centre.
