The track stops completely at this point. It begs the question, why was it built? An image from the other side of Fin Glen in 2007 NS5880 : Fin Glen with new bulldozed scar on hillside suggests it had probably been constructed in about 2006. It may have been with the intension of providing access for planting trees.
