Geograph - photograph every grid square

The Austrian driver NJ2900 : Trouble at the bridge! maybe didn't have a good enough ferry lift, though that would surprise me, they have to cope with quite extreme tidal conditions at ferry ports in various places.

A few years ago I came the other way down that road in a German coach, equally long wheelbase, I'm sure, and the driver was so thrilled by getting it across that we stopped on the other side, unloaded all the folk, turned at the junction, went back over the bridge, had to go quite a long way back to turn again, then came back over, with all the tourists getting lovely pics of the underside of the coach. Now when we do it, we draw in just before the bridge on the north side, let the people off and get over the bridge, then creep over so they can take their photos. I've been over it in a variety of coaches many times over the years and we've never grounded yet - though there are, indeed, plenty of scratches on the surface where others did.

Getting a long coach safely out of NH5632 : Loch Ness Clansman can be trickier - despite ferry-lift, we have grounded here. There's quite a dip for long vehicles getting out of the car park. NH5632 : Loch Ness
