The Severn south of Over Bridge - Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Before the building of the first suspension bridge, Gloucester was the lowest road crossing of the River Severn. Telford's Over Bridge (1825 - 1828) remained in use until 1974 and now the once busy bridge carries only walkers and cyclists. Time photo taken not available.
