The Limes Cottage, Main Street, was originally built as the stable block for The Limes. Constructed in the 17th or 18th century, of coursed rubble stone with ashlar dressings under a Collyweston stone slate roof. Listed, grade II, with details at: LinkExternal link
Tinwell is a small commuter village on the eastern border of the county of Rutland, some 1½ miles west of Stamford. Most working residents travel to Stamford or Peterborough.
