The Global Energy fabrication yard and quayside (or 'energy park') beyond has been extended recently, as renewable energy projects replace oil and gas work. The towers seen here are offshore wind turbine supports. I think they have been imported by ship and are stored here temporarily. (A heavy load carrier was anchored out in the Moray Firth with more towers.)
