Devenish ("Ox Island") in Lower Lough Erne, Co. Fermanagh is one of the most important historic sites in Ulster. To the left is seen the Abbey church of St Mary, to the right the round tower LinkExternal link and the remains of St Molaise's earlier church. The tower is 83ft (25m) high, making ir the second tallest in Ulster after that at Antrim.
