The Moor Pool Estate (formerly Harborne Tenants' Estate) is a Garden Suburb founded by John Sutton Nettlefold between 1907 and 1912 consisting of around 500 houses built across 54 acres. 2 Margaret Grove was one of the first houses completed and has a date stone '1908' and a second stone 'HT' (Harborne Tenants).
