One Horton Heath development :: SU4816

A major mixed use development going ahead on fields between Allington Lane and Burnetts Lane, west of Horton Heath. A new access road for this runs from Bubb Lane to Burnetts Lane.

"One Horton Heath is a new development in the heart of Eastleigh Borough. Set across 310 acres, it features a mix of new homes, open spaces, commercial premises and sports and leisure facilities.

As landowner and developer, Eastleigh Borough Council is embarking on delivering a different approach to development, focusing on community, innovation and sustainability." Source: LinkExternal link

I have put on geograph's media server here LinkExternal link a layered PDF which shows the development as it was planned in late 2022.
