A vacant Oil Berth 4 in the Victoria Channel, Belfast docks. The berth was opened in 1964 to allow tankers to supply oil to the newly opened refinery off Airport Road West. The refinery closed in 1982 but BP maintain a storage site here and refined oil products are shipped in, mainly from Grangemouth and Milford Haven.
