This is in Seymour Street at the junction with May Street. The mural dates from after December 2021 as the Street View image from then shows this wall covered with graffiti. There is a story we were told in Ireland that Charlie Chaplin (who was a great joker) once saw there was a Charlie Chaplin impersonation contest so for a bit of fun he entered but only came third!
