Doulting: East Somerset Railway
No 828, an S15 locomotive designed by Maunsell, climbing towards Cranmore on the East Somerset Railway, once part of the cross-country branch running between Yatton and Witham via Cheddar, Wells and Shepton Mallet, and now a ‘heritage’ line. The rest was closed in the Beeching cuts in the 1960s. See also ST4160
