TQ3591 : National Cycle Route 1, Lee Valley

taken 18 years ago, near to Edmonton, Enfield, England

National Cycle Route 1, Lee Valley
National Cycle Route 1, Lee Valley
The renovated towpath alongside the Lee and Stort Navigation provides a wonderful linear traffic-free route from Essex and Hertfordshire into central London for walkers and cyclists. Here, just south of Edmonton a branch looping Banbury Reservoir (coming in from the left) re-joins the main route, with London ahead.
