Looking along the short Pant Glas road to its junction at the B4293, this sign dates from pre-1963. There can't be many of these left on public roads in 2009.text/html2007-04-26T16:35:18+00:00https://www.geograph.ie/profile/13889David Pearson51.921377 -3.067251SO2625 : Waterfall

This is the small waterfall on the Grwyne Fawr river, about 150m up from Pont Cadwgan in the same grid square. There are paths along both sides of the river here, though photo was taken in the ash woodland off the path. There is a footbridge right below the waterfall, just about visible here.text/html2007-04-26T14:33:26+00:00https://www.geograph.ie/profile/13889David Pearson51.923015 -3.084740SO2525 : Mynydd Du Forest

View across the valley from a forestry track to fields at Ffawydden and the ridge above the forestry. 6" of snow fell in one afternoon- photo taken 2 days after this during rapid thaw.text/html2007-04-26T14:16:39+00:00https://www.geograph.ie/profile/13889David Pearson51.932005 -3.084957SO2526 : Black Mountains path

This rarely-used path cuts downhill from a forestry track, and beyond here several small and overgrown paths head down into the trees, some meeting another forestry track, others need careful navigation from the map. More appealing in the snow than without it !
