The Arbour has a church-like building in amongst the trees. Not sure what it is, maybe a shooting lodge.text/html2006-02-14T21:28:37+00:00https://www.geograph.ie/profile/5013John Currie53.437818 -1.846118SK1093 : Shooting Cabin (Upper North Grain)

Water is diverted from the Ashop & Alport rivers at a weir at SK141894. It flows by gravity in a conduit to the inlet of an inverted syphon as shown. The water is then enters a pipe which goes down the valley, across the river, and then up the other side of the valley. It then enters a tunnel under Hagg Fell and re-appears in an open conduit at SK168892, eventually reaching the Derwent reservoir at SK171898.
