The ridge of the Three Riggles marks the last of the high ground on the anti-clockwise walk round the Radnor Forest mountains before descending to New Radnor. We were lucky to catch it in winter conditions.text/html2005-06-07T19:49:39+00:00https://www.geograph.ie/profile/617Richard52.549149 -2.779870SO4794 : Three Fingers Rock

A ramshackled shed on the top of the Long Mynd. Used as a checkpoint shelter during the 50 mile Long Mynd challenge walk.text/html2005-06-07T19:40:44+00:00https://www.geograph.ie/profile/617Richard52.531430 -2.833879SO4392 : Ashes Hollow

This was taken on a wonderful early morning on an end to end walk of the Malvern ridge.text/html2005-06-06T20:28:39+00:00https://www.geograph.ie/profile/617Richard52.195160 -3.101640SO2455 : Tarn on Hergest Ridge

This is one of a number on the golf course. When we were there it was very windy and we were glad of the shelter.text/html2005-06-06T20:17:37+00:00https://www.geograph.ie/profile/617Richard51.908833 -3.344617SO0724 : Sunken Lane leading to Pencelli

The fence marks the boundary between the enclosed farmland and the wilder open hillside of the Brecon Beaconstext/html2005-06-06T20:01:19+00:00https://www.geograph.ie/profile/617Richard51.885414 -3.453184SO0021 : Tommy Jones Obelisk

The inscription on the obelisk reads, "This obelisk marks the spot where the body of Tommy Jones, aged 5, was found. He lost his way between Cwm Llwch farm and the Login on the night of August 4th 1900. After an anxious search of 29 days his remains were discovered on September 1st. Erected by voluntary subscription."
This is a very wild and high spot on the Brecon Beacons, an awful place for a child on their own.text/html2005-06-06T19:54:50+00:00https://www.geograph.ie/profile/617Richard51.888303 -3.452958SO0022 : Wild camping at Llyn Cwm Llwch

A popular wild camping spot, as it is sheltered and level. On a December day a little before Christmas we were surprised to find a group already in residence.text/html2005-06-05T22:31:59+00:00https://www.geograph.ie/profile/617Richard51.269190 -2.919319ST3552 : Sedgemoor Services
