There used to be a farmhouse on this land, that was knocked down nearly 30 years ago and replaced with this church.
Won't be like this for long though, because the church is planning on an extension.text/html2005-07-15T15:15:49+00:00https://www.geograph.ie/profile/988Graham Chastney53.804794 -2.692369SD5434 : Midgery Lane

This lane used to be an important road linking together the outskirts of Preston. Since a new road was built parallel to it, it now runs through the middle of an industrial estate and a shopping centre (as you can see from the trolley). It's blocked off from car use, but makes for a nice bike track.text/html2005-07-15T15:08:15+00:00https://www.geograph.ie/profile/988Graham Chastney53.795807 -2.692221SD5433 : Midgery Lane

This church sits half way between Stonethwaite and Longthwaite and supports both communities. A number of my wife's relatives are buried in the graveyard.text/html2005-07-13T11:53:21+00:00https://www.geograph.ie/profile/988Graham Chastney54.502469 -3.136503NY2612 : Langstrath Beck

This motorway bridge is right in the corner of this square. The road is Fulwood Row, a very old road. The houses in the background have all been built in the last five years.text/html2005-06-28T21:46:44+00:00https://www.geograph.ie/profile/988Graham Chastney53.939422 -2.725064SD5249 : Fell End and Nicky Nook
