Painting road markings, as observed :: Shared Description

Hot white road paint from a smoking tank on a wagon is dispensed into a jug. The operative pours from the jug into a spreader while drawing it along, guided by a straightedge or chalked lines. While the paint is still tacky, small glass beads are broadcast over it to make it reflective. The paint is cold and set in a very short time.
