Site, 45 East Bridge Street, Belfast :: Shared Description
A vacant site bounded by Central station, Stewart Street and East Bridge Street currently (October 2015) offered for sale. The site once had planning permission (now lapsed) for apartments. The photographs submitted by me appear as a matter of neutral historical record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the sale or development and cannot enter into correspondence.
There is the following permission (5 June 2017) “LA04/2016/0559/F Proposed construction of 4No separate blocks of office development - Block A 10 No Storeys, Block B 14 No Storeys, Block C and Block D 3No Storeys. Proposal also includes 4 No retail units, plant and car parking at lower ground floor level with external plaza and associated landscaping (Additional Information - Response to MAG Report by Agent) Site at the junction of Stewart Street/East Bridge Street and West of Central Station East Bridge Street Belfast”. The proposed development is a controversial one.
