They were the subject of the following application for planning permission on 13 October 2009 “Proposed redevelopment of site to construct 20 no. new residential units (14 no. apartments, 4 No duplex-apartments and 2 No townhouses) - Demolition of existing buildings. 27-35 Grays Hill, Bangor & extending through onto Primrose Street, BT20 3BB” (refused on 28 April 2010).
